From a base here, Goldenstein will help organizations align their operational and property strategies worldwide. "This function has a global, not just European scope," says Goldenstein. "I already started to work on projects related to China, Korea, India, North America etc. However, I will continue to help grow our European operations." NAI Global already is the largest managed network there with over 50 offices throughout Europe.

Previously Goldenstein directed the Ernst & Young planning and marketing group and later co-founded its Site Selection Practice. Immediately prior to joining NAI Global, Goldenstein owned and operated a boutique firm advising leading occupiers, developers and economic development agencies. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the US International University in San Diego and a master's degree in aerospace engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingenieurs de Constructions Aeronautiques in Toulouse, France.

"Multinational companies are following the shifting center of gravity of Europe," says Goldenstein. "Central and Eastern Europe offer new markets and lower cost solutions to many of our clients who also then come to us for dispositions in Western Europe." He adds that cost control and regulatory reasons are also starting to make European multinationals begin to centralize and outsource their real estate offering opportunities for NAI Global's network of 300 offices.
