NAI Aims for Global Services Expansion

NEW YORK CITY-NAI Global, based in Princeton, NJ, has tapped Jean-Claude Goldenstein to serve as managing director, global solutions. In this newly created role, he will help the firm expand its global services.

From a base here, Goldenstein will help organizations align their operational and property strategies worldwide. “This function has a global, not just European scope,” says Goldenstein. “I already started to work on projects related to China, Korea, India, North America etc. However, I will continue to help grow our European operations.” NAI Global already is the largest managed network there with over 50 offices throughout Europe.

Previously Goldenstein directed the Ernst & Young planning and marketing group and later co-founded its Site Selection Practice. Immediately prior to joining NAI Global, Goldenstein owned and operated a boutique firm advising leading occupiers, developers and economic development agencies. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the US International University in San Diego and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Ingenieurs de Constructions Aeronautiques in Toulouse, France.
