Cassidy & Pinkard's Paul B. Kern III and Brendan F. Cassidy completed the tenant roster just one year after the office and retail property reached completion. Many of the tenants--most of which are under 10-year leases--had committed to Century Center in advance of its completion, such as lead office tenant Rodgers Consulting, which occupies 20,000 sf.

Metro Orthopedics & Sport Therapy also occupies office space, and the list of retail tenants includes AAA Travel Services, Cold Stone Creamery, Five Guys Famous Burgers and California Tortilla.
