Cassidy & Pinkard's Paul B. Kern III and Brendan F. Cassidy completed the tenant roster just one year after the office and retail property reached completion. Many of the tenants--most of which are under 10-year leases--had committed to Century Center in advance of its completion, such as lead office tenant Rodgers Consulting, which occupies 20,000 sf.

Metro Orthopedics & Sport Therapy also occupies office space, and the list of retail tenants includes AAA Travel Services, Cold Stone Creamery, Five Guys Famous Burgers and California Tortilla. "With the ever improving demographics of Germantown and a very appealing building in the heart of the Germantown Town Center, this project created a lot of buzz and enjoyed strong demand," Kern tells GlobeSt.com.
