Located in the Route 28/Dulles South submarket, the Safety Center occupies a nearly five-acre parcel at the intersection of Loudoun County Pkwy. and Tall Cedars Rd. Officials expect to wrap up development of the center in July of next year.
A substation of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office will occupy 12,000 sf of the building. Operations of the Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management--working in conjunction with the Arcola-Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire and Rescue Co.--will be housed in an 11,000-sf space. A community room will take up nearly 1,000 sf.
