Film Co. Takes 27,000 SF

NEW YORK CITY-The founders of Miramax and Dimension Films launch their new venture and commit to 27,000 sf at 345 Hudson St.

NEW YORK CITY-In a consolidation move, the newly formed Weinstein Co. will take staff from three offices and place them in 27,000 sf at 345 Hudson St. on Oct. 1. The company was founded by Harvey and Bob Weinstein, founders of Miramax and Dimension Films.

The movie firm will move from 11 Beach St., 99 Hudson St. and 161 Ave. of the Americas. They will maintain executive offices at the TriBeCa Film Center.
