LANDOVER, MD-Bedminster, NJ-based Advance Realty Group has tapped Scheer Partners’ Kenneth E. Fellows and Robert E. Pugh to take on leasing responsibilities for a 578,000-sf multi-structure office portfolio within the Metro East Business Park. The task had been overseen by Grubb & Ellis.

Located in Prince George’s County, Metro East sits near the intersection of Rte. 50 and the Capital Beltway. The vacancy level of Advance Realty’s Metro East nine-building portfolio, a Scheer Partners spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com, is less than 6.5% save for one completely vacant 137,000-sf structure at 8301 Professional Pl.
