Dallas Radiator Distributor Sets Up Houston Shop

HOUSTON-B&B Radiator Discount opens its first shop in Greater Houston with a 9,192-sf lease in an industrial corridor along Harwin Drive. The owner takes over as-is space with a 38-month lease.

HOUSTON-As part of an expansion into Greater Houston, Dallas-based B&B Radiator Discount has inked a 38-month deal with Insite West Belt LP for 9,192 sf.

The availability of as-is space, quoted at 42 cents per sf gross, was the dealmaker for the radiator distributor, John Clark, an associate with NAI Houston, tells GlobeSt.com. “That and the price were attractive to the tenant,” says Clark, who teamed with NAI Houston’s Chris Caudill and Joel Michael to represent the tenant. Rives Nolen of Insite Realty Partners in Houston represented the local building owner of 10651 Harwin Dr.
