HOUSTON-A Baton Rouge, LA-based disaster assessment firm, C-K Associates LLC, has renewed a class A lease for 2,516 sf on the city’s north side. The five-year tenant has agreed to another five-year term.

Space in the 156,000-sf office building at 616 FM 1960 West is on the market for $16.50 per sf. C-K Associates was represented by Griff Bandy of NAI Houston while the Newport Beach, CA-based building owner, KBS Realty Advisors, had Wanda Wilson of locally based PM Realty Group bargaining its terms. Bandy, an associate with NAI Houston, tells GlobeSt.com that while no build-outs were involved with the lease, the tenants did receive some tenant improvements.
