LIVONIA, MI-The Detroit-area-based family and internal medical practice group, Infinity Primary Care, LLC, has leased, in a five-year deal, 5,412 sf of office space at Laurel Office Park II. The landlord was locally based Laurel Office Parks Partnership III. The quoted rate of the space is $19.75 per sf.Daniel Canvasser, an associate with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Southfield, MI Office Group, tells GlobeSt.com that the property, located at 17197 N. Laurel Park Dr. on the southwestern edge of Laurel Park Place Mall and near Interstate 275, is one of three class B+ office buildings constructed during the 1980s.Canvasser and Ray Husband, who is also with G&E's office group, represented the landlord in the transaction. Gordon Real Estate Properties' Detroit office was on hand for the tenant in the transaction. Infinity Primary Care has multiple locations throughout the Detroit area, and offers family and internal medical services to the general community.
