Phoenix Investors Acquire 77-unit Complex for $3M

PHOENIX-Two families, with a solid reputation for upgrading class C properties, take charge of the 90%-leased Poco Jardin Apartments from a SoCal partnership that exits the market with the deal.

PHOENIX-Marking its retreat from the Valley, a Southern California partnership has sold the Poco Jardin Apartments, a 77-unit, class C property, to two local families. The 90%-leased complex brings $3.32 million.

In an off-market deal, Campbell Creek Communities LLC and Carris Garden Properties LLC turned over the deed to 4201 W. Osborn Rd. to Florin and Alina Ianc and Dorel and Luciana Muresan. Brett Polachek and Todd Braun with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.’s Phoenix office brokered both sides of the deal.
