Lakeside@Loudoun Tech Sells for $89M

STERLING, VA-Tishman Speyer has acquired a 305,000-sf office complex known as Lakeside@Loudoun Tech for $88.5 million. Gaithersburg, MD-headquartered Buchanan Partners sold the three-structure property to the New York City-based company, which had been Buchanan’s equity partner in the early stages of Lakeside’s development. As per Loudoun County records, the class A property has a current assessed value of about $55.2 million.

Designed by Dunn & Associates, Lakeside sits on a 28-acre parcel off the intersection of Route 28 and Route 7 and near the 1.4-million-sf Dulles Town Center mall. Lakeside I, II and III–carrying the addresses of 21351, 21345 and 21355 Ridgetop Circle, respectively–reached completion between 1999 and 2001, and consist of just over 100,000 sf each.
