Technology Park 'Open for Business'

WEST CHICAGO, IL-CenterPoint Properties Trust plans up to 6.2 million sf of build-to-suit properties, either for sale or lease, at its 446-acre mixed-use business park at Kirk Road and Fabyan Parkway.

WEST CHICAGO, IL-The DuPage Technology Park is open for business, according to CenterPoint Properties Trust. The Oak Brook-based industrial REIT is able to say that thanks to $34 million in state money to pay for roadways, utilities and landscaping at the 446-acre mixed-use business park at Kirk Road and Fabyan Parkway.

“It took vision and leadership from both sides of the aisle to get to where we are today,” says CenterPoint Properties Trust chief executive officer Michael Mullen. Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert was among those at a dedication ceremony Monday.
