"Thom has been consistently one of the top performers in our company in terms of leasing efforts," says Joe Trinkle, vice president and city manager with Liberty Property Trust's Detroit regional office. "He's one of the ones we're building our company around."
As a result, Trinkle tells GlobeSt.com, Schoenberger will also help the company move into new product "such as the distribution areas near the airport," he explains. "He'll also help us with our strategy to improve overall occupancy on our properties and to help us find new and emerging markets for us."
Schoenberger was hired at LPT in 1997 as a property manager, and made his way through the ranks as a leasing representative before being promoted to the current position. Before coming on board with LPT, he worked as a real estate broker in the Indianapolis area. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Schoenberger is licensed as a broker in the State of Michigan.
"The reasons Thom was selected were his strong track record and a strong reputation in the brokerage community," Trinkle says. "Overall, he's a very strong and positive influence on this company."
