LOGAN TWP., NJ-Rreef has acquired 1130 Commerce Blvd., a 385,884-sf industrial building here. According to David M. Fazekas, vice president in Rreef's New York City office, the asset was acquired by the real estate investment advisory firm on behalf of an institutional client.
The seller was Brandywine Realty Trust of Plymouth Meeting, PA. In the transaction, Rreef was represented by Robert Yoshimura, Joe Hill and Brian Fiumara of the Flynn Co. of Philadelphia. The sale price and further terms of the transaction were not released.
Located in the town of Swedesboro within this South Jersey township, 1130 Commerce Blvd. is a one-story warehouse/distribution building that was constructed three years ago within the Pureland Industrial Park. McKesson Medical Surgical Inc. is the primary tenant of the facility, which is near Exit 10 of I-295 and Exit 2 of the New Jersey Turnpike, utilizing it as an East Coast W/D center.
