WASHINGTON, DC-Plans for the construction of Ten Ten Mass have moved forward as construction is set to begin for the 163-unit condominium project. The development team--which consists of RCP Development Co., Faison Enterprises Inc. and the Carlyle Group--expect to spend $76 million to bring the luxury multifamily property to fruition.

The 220,000-sf Esocoff & Associates Architects-designed condominium building will feature 8,500 sf of ground-level retail and a three-level underground parking facility. Construction is on target for completion in mid-2007.

"Ten Ten Mass' proximity to cultural amenities, shopping, movie theaters, Metro stops and the downtown employment base make it the perfect choice for urban living," says Washington, DC Marketing Center president and CEO Michael Stevens. Sales on one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from 800 sf to 2,300 sf will begin October.
