WMC brings to the table a facilities and property management portfolio totaling 18 million sf, which ranks it third behind CB Richard Ellis and IPMF, an India-based firm. CMPC provides ongoing services for another eight million sf of buildings, including call centers, corporate offices, malls, residential complexes, research and design centers, and hospitals. Clientele includes corporations, institutions and governmental organizations, as well as foreign and India retailers. Corporate clients include British Airways, Cadbury, Dell, IBM, Reliance, EDS, John Deere, KPMG, McDonald's and Pizza Hut.

TCC brings to the table its global operating platform, including its technology and best practices, and its own global clientele, for which it can now provide a full slate of real estate services to locate, build out and manage on an ongoing basis. Going forward, in addition to India, TC Meghraj will extend its reach into Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

TCC's managing director of international operations Alex Darragh tells GlobeSt.com that, heretofore, TCC was serving only global clients there, mostly by outsourcing the work to its new partner, and doing very little business. "This is a new entrance for us into this market," Darragh says. "We want to take advantage of India's growing and dynamic market by providing more services to our US-based customers and better services to Indian real estate owners and developers."
