In addition to those two hires, TCC also added Jody Allen as Senior Project Manager, a new position related to the property management division. Most recently a senior property manager with Norris Beggs & Simpson, she is responsible for processing and executing tenant improvements and capital projects on behalf of both owners and users of commercial real estate. Schultz, who has been on sabbatical for the past year, has 20 years of experience that also includes stints with Quadrant Corp. (Weyerhaeuser), Bedford Property Investors and Norris Beggs & Simpson. TCC's area director Lindsay Gordon tells GlobeSt.com that her primary activities will include cultivating new institutional and corporate business opportunities, supporting existing TCC client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment of new brokers.

Sieber will be working in support of TCC development principal Steve Wells. While with Devcon, Sieber was responsible for, among other things, all of the infrastructure work and layout for Cisco System's MacCarthy Ranch campus. His responsibilities at TCC include generating new business and overseeing all aspects of project development including acquisition, permitting, construction and closeout of office, industrial and mixed-use projects in and around the Portland Metro Area. Initial projects with TCC include Columbia Corporate Park, a two building, 195,600-sf industrial park in NE Portland; and Cascade Station, the 120-acre mixed-use development near Portland International Airport in which Ikea has expressed interest.
