PORTLAND-Trammell Crow Company recently added three key employees to its roster, including a senior vice president of Global Services and a new vice president of development management. Kathleen Schultz, most recently with Harsch Investment, is tasked with generating new business opportunities and recruitment, while Steve Seiber, formerly a senior vice president with a major Silicon Valley commercial contractor, takes the development reins from Dirk Otis, who left TCC to purue his own development management business.

In addition to those two hires, TCC also added Jody Allen as Senior Project Manager, a new position related to the property management division. Most recently a senior property manager with Norris Beggs & Simpson, she is responsible for processing and executing tenant improvements and capital projects on behalf of both owners and users of commercial real estate. Schultz, who has been on sabbatical for the past year, has 20 years of experience that also includes stints with Quadrant Corp. (Weyerhaeuser), Bedford Property Investors and Norris Beggs & Simpson. TCC’s area director Lindsay Gordon tells GlobeSt.com that her primary activities will include cultivating new institutional and corporate business opportunities, supporting existing TCC client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment of new brokers.
