The lease takes Building Nine to 100% leased and the park as a whole to 94% leased. EOP did not release term or rate information and it was not otherwise available. The asking rate at the park is $2.25 per sf per month.
Ben Paul of BT Commercial's Burlingame office represented NetSuite. Equity Office was represented in-house by Ken Young, managing director of leasing for the San Francisco region.

In other EOP news, the company hired a new director of leasing for the San Francisco region's Petaluma Office. The addition is related to the company's recent acquisition of the Basin Street Portfolio, which included office buildings in Sonoma and Marin counties and took the company's class A market share in those counties to approximately 33% and 40%, respectively.
The new hire is Matt Krupp, who came over from Orion Partners Ltd., where he was most recently a leasing and investment specialist focused on Marin and Sonoma counties. His duties included responsibility for leasing Marin Technology Center in San Rafael, the largest privately held office complex in Marin County.
For EOP, Krupp is working with leasing specialists Sally Blatt and Richard Hayes on leasing management oversight for approximately 2.2 million sf of commercial office space. Krupp reports to Kenneth Churich, vice president-leasing for Equity Office's San Francisco region.
