Westbrook Partners' discretionary funds are capitalized by institutional investors, including public and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations and financial institutions. Palmer will be responsible for strategy, sourcing of new partners and executing investment opportunities for Westbrook throughout the Western US. Palmer is joined by Timothy Yantz, who has relocated to San Francisco from Westbrook's New York office.

Jones will oversee West Coast commercial development for Forest City Enterprises, provide strategic support to the Forest City Commercial Group and explore new international business opportunities. He has ben with the company for 20 years. His most recent projects include Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, CA., and Simi Valley Town Center an open-air, lifestyle/entertainment village set to open October 27 in Simi Valley, CA.

Macken, a native of the Republic of Ireland, will be responsible for all West Coast commercial development operations. He has been with Forest City for 11 years and most recently directed the development of The Promenade at Temecula, CA and Quebec Square in Denver's Stapleton redevelopment, as well as the aforementioned Victoria Gardens and Simi Valley Town Center developments.
