Located between 26th and 27th streets, the 1.5 million-sf New York Life landmark has 33 stories. It occupies a full city block adjacent to Madison Square Park.

The CB Richard Ellis team of Lewis Miller, David Hollander, Sacha Zarba and Kevin Powderly represented the firm, while Cushman & Wakefield's Paul Glickman, Mitti Liebersohn, David Glassman, Shawna Menifee and Diana Biasotti represented building owner, New York Life. Further information on the lease was not released. Space is the site is advertised from $40 to $50 per sf.

Miller says Quinn Emanuel has options to accommodate for future growth on a contiguous basis. According to Peter Calamari, partner and head of the law firm's New York City operations, "The location was a major factor in our decision, since we wanted our New York offices to be representative of our energy and creativity."
