Office Park Sells for $22M

BURTONSVILLE, MD-Private investor 5he Stephen Goldberg Cos. bas paid nearly $22.4 million for the Burtonsville Office Park. Burtonsville Office Park LP was the seller of the 116,800-sf portfolio, consisting of four separate structures.

Dek Potts and Jim Meisel of GVA Advantis represented the seller and served as the sole brokers on the deal. Burtonsville Office Park sits at the intersection of Rte. 29 and Rte. 198 in southeast Montgomery County. The first three low-rise structures, 3901, 3905 and 3909 National Dr. were developed in the 1980s and feature 21,400, 46,400 and 21,400 sf, respectively, with the second and third structures deemed class A designations. The fourth building, 3919 National Dr. was developed in 2002 and offers 27,600 sf of class A space.
