Matthew Ward and Steven Hubberman of Studley represented Enterprise, while building owner Prentiss Properties Trust relied on internal representation provided by David Miller. Specific terms of the lease have not been disclosed; however, Prentiss markets space in the building for $28.50 per sf.

Located just a stone's throw from I-270, Enterprise's new office at 2273 Research Blvd. is located just around the corner from its current locale at 2 Research Pl. The seven-story, class A building was developed in 1999 and features an underground parking facility. Other building occupants include American Express Financial Advisors Inc. and healthcare network MultiPlan. Sources familiar with the transaction tell GlobeSt.com that the agreement is a long-term lease and that the company will increase its office size by about 12,000 sf with the move.
