The 35,721-sf unanchored strip center is located just off Interstate 680 and the corner of Bernal and Valley avenues, adjacent to Bernal Corporate Park. The highest-credit tenant is Fremont Bank.
Andy Zighelboim with Colliers International's investment services group in Walnut Creek led a sales team that included fellow Colliers brokers Kevin Van Voorhis and Scott Kinsey. Ted Helgens of Colliers' Pleasanton office represented C&H.
