Law Firm Takes Full Floor at One California

SAN FRANCISCO-Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP leases the 15,622-sf 18th floor of the 32-story office tower. It will be vacating about 10,000 sf at 244 Jackson St., space it has occupied since 2000.

SAN FRANCSICO- The Chicago-based law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP has leased the 18th floor at One California Street, a 32-story Downtown office tower here that is managed by Shorenstein Co. The 15,622-sf lease commences next month.

Hinshaw will be moving out of approximately 10,000 sf at 244 Jackson St., space it has occupied since 2000. Founded in 1934, Hinshaw maintains 12 offices nationwide; the firm has had a presence in San Francisco since 1998.
