Real Estate Veterans Buy Taylor Kohrs

DENVER-Mike Byrne and Scott Kohrs agree to purchase Taylor Kohrs from Taylor Construction Group of Des Moines. Taylor Construction has been the parent company to Taylor Kohrs, formerly Taylor Ball, since its inception in Colorado in 1983.

DENVER-Mike Byrne and Scott Kohrs have purchased Taylor Kohrs construction company. Kohrs has headed the Colorado operation since 1999. The pair bought the company from Taylor Construction Group of Des Moines, which has been the parent company to Taylor Kohrs, formerly Taylor Ball, since its inception in Colorado in 1983. The terms of the deal were not released.

Byrne, who has a long history in Denver-area commercial real estate, is a welcome addition, Kohrs says. “Mike has been involved in real estate development and management in the Front Range for more than 30 years, and he brings a wealth of experience that will complement our services from a construction standpoint,” says Kohrs.
