Coffeehouse Looks to Multiply with 50 New Sites

CHEVY CHASE, MD-Plans to expand Greenberry's Coffee & Tea locales throughout Washington, DC, and Baltimore move forward. The master franchisee selects JBG Rosenfeld Retail to oversee the securing of as many as 50 new shops at about 1,600 sf each.

CHEVY CHASE, MD-The Washington, DC- and Baltimore-area markets could soon become home to a series of new Greenberry’s Coffee & Tea stores. The MHG Group, master franchisee of the Charlottesville, VA-based company, has selected Chevy Chase, MD’s JGB Rosenfeld Retail to head up the search for new locales. JBG is charged with securing as many as 50 new Greenberry’s locations of about 1,600 sf each over the next eight years.
