The transactions were arranged on behalf of the property's owner, Executive Campus LLC, by David Dolan and Joe Sklencar Sr., both senior vice presidents, and office specialist Joe Sklencar Jr. of the Marlton office of Grubb & Ellis. Cooper will relocate part of its administrative operations from another location in nearby Camden, according to Dolan.
Also, Stone & Webster, an engineering firm and a subsidiary of the Shaw Group, has signed on for 17,556 sf. And Prism Career Institute, a healthcare education and training organization, has taken more than 15,000 sf. Current tenants at 3 Executive Campus include Lockheed Martin, Campbell's Soup Co. and Lady of Lourdes Healthcare.
