Meanwhile, RE/MAX Commercial Investment president Tim Hatlestad of Scottsdale, AZ is on deck to assume the CCIM presidency in 2008. For now, he is first vice-president, while Fisher will serve as president-elect this year.

Price is a 25-year veteran of commercial real estate, plying his trade in 18 states. He also teaches what he practices, earning the CCIM "Instructor of the Year" award in 1999 and the "Victor L. Lyon Award" in 2001. His company specializes in brokerage, leasing, lease administration, portfolio and asset management, tenant and user representation as well as litigation support.
