Law Firm Preleases 113,000 SF

WASHINGTON, DC-Space at 1101 New York Ave. NW continues to dwindle in advance of completion. Law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP has pre-leased 113,000 sf at the 393,600-sf office building, which is scheduled for delivery in 2007.

The firm will relocate from its current home at 1875 Connecticut Ave. NW in mid-2007. Robert Copito of Staubach represented the tenant, while Spaulding & Slye Colliers’ Trip Howell and Amy Bowser stood in for building owner Louis Dreyfus Property Group. The lease is long-term, but further terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. Bowser tells GlobeSt.com that space at the trophy property is being marketed for rates in the upper $40s triple-net.
