The property features 20,000 sf of office space and includes 340,000 sf of manufacturing, fabrication, storage, and distribution space. The facility is situated on 20 acres of land overlooking the new airport road extension and the Louis University/Romeoville Airport. Jeffrey Locascio, partner with Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide and tenant rep for CT&I, says he is pleased with the layout of the new facility, and that the consolidation will allow CT&I to increase operational efficiencies and streamline its real estate costs.

The deal represents one of the first build-to-suit projects scheduled for the new 240-acre South Creek Business Center. Locascio and Joel Friedland, also partner with Epic, represented CT&I, and Ray Oczak of Winner's Edge represented Carlson Brothers Inc.
