WOODRIDGE, IL-Adams Street Development recently purchased the 80,000-sf Internationale Business Centre for approximately $5.5 million. The multi-tenant industrial/distribution facility is located at 5 Earl Court in the Internationale Centre.

The building, which is divisible by 5,000 sf to 25,000 sf, features 22-foot clear ceiling heights and an ESFR sprinkler system. Current tenants of the Centre include Midwest Industrial Rubber, Coffee, Tea & Me, and DecisionOne Corp.

The Missner Group was the general contractor for Internationale Business Centre, and Julius Kwasek of Julius Kwasek Architects Inc. served as the architect. Brent DeNoble of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented the Missner Group in the sale of the property. Mark Barbato of Nicholson, Porter & List represented the purchaser, Adams Street Development.

Developed by Catellus Development Corp., Internationale Centre is Woodridge's largest office/research, light industrial, and warehouse distribution business center, boasting 950 acres and more than 6.8 million sf of space. At build-out, Internationale Centre is expected to hold an estimated 7.5 million sf of industrial and business space.
