Biz Park Tenants Ink Trio of East Bay Leases

OAKLAND, CA-Pro-Shore LLC inks a regional headquarters lease at Pinole Business Park in Oakland; Bayport Warehouse & Distribution leases a building in the San Leandro Business Park; and Paceco Corp. signs a headquarters lease in the Whitesell Business Center in Hayward.

OAKLAND, CA-A trio of leases has been signed by three different companies at three different business parks in the East Bay. Pro-Shore LLC inked a 27,000-sf regional headquarters lease at Pinole Business Park in Oakland; Bayport Warehouse & Distribution leased a 40,000-sf building in the San Leandro Business Park; and Paceco Corp. signed an 18,000-sf headquarters lease in the Whitesell Business Center in Hayward. All three leases were brokered by Colliers International.

In the largest of the three lease deals, Bayport Warehouse & Distribution signed a long-term lease for a 40,000-sf building at 750 139th Ave. that is owned by St. Paul Properties/Legacy Partners. The property is located within San Leandro Business Park, a large manufacturing-warehouse complex housing area housing companies such as the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory, Cintas Corp. and KP Graphics. The value of the lease is approximately $1 million.

Colliers’ Dan Bergen represented the building owners. Drew and Tom Fisher of the Sutherland Co. represented the tenant.
