Cushman & Wakefield was the sole brokerage firm with Mark Minich representing the tenant and Brian Raher repping the building owner. Developed in 1978, 2020 K St. is an 11-story structure that is also home to the likes of AT&T and George Washington University.
Bingham will settle into the top two floors of the tower, relocating from its current digs about a block away at 1120 20th St. NW. Further details of the lease agreement have not been revealed. According to Cushman & Wakefield's third quarter quarterly statistics report, the cost of class A space in the city's central business district is $44.70 per sf.
