Occupying a two-acre site on the outskirts of Washington, DC, Washington Square was developed five years ago by BF Saul. The structure at 625 N. Washington and its twin companion building at 675 N. Washington feature 95,000 sf of office space each, and a total of 45,000 sf of ground-level retail space between them. "Washington Square offers convenient, affordable access to the Metro as well as provides solid retail amenities," Orfitelli says. Cooper Carry plans to relocate to its new space early next year.
