ALEXANDRIA, VA-Washington Square, the 235,000-sf mixed-use property in historic Old Town Alexandria, will add a new name to its tenant roster now that Cooper Carry has signed a lease for 20,000 sf in the two-building complex’s class A office structure at 625 N. Washington St. The transaction paves the way for the design firm’s relocation from its current approximately 10,000-sf home at 112 S. Alfred St.

Dominic Orfitelli and Rob Faktorow of CB Richard Ellis represented the Atlanta-headquartered tenant. Building owner BF Saul Co. handles its leasing activities internally.
