Golden West signed a five-year lease for 12,000 sf at at 24619 O'Neil Ave. The company is leasing the space from O'Neil Industrial Complex for approximately $7.68 per sf per year.

Dan Bergen of Colliers International in Pleasanton represented the building owner. Damon Schor of CB Richard Ellis represented Golden West Envelope.

Golden West Envelope is currently headquartered at 1090 26th St. in San Francisco. Neither Bergen nor Golden West was immediately available Tuesday morning for comment.
