Envelope Manufacturer Inks HQ Lease

HAYWARD, CA-Golden West Envelope Corp. signs a five-year lease for 12,000 sf of industrial space here that it will use as its corporate headquarters.

HAYWARD, CA-Golden West Envelope Corp. is moving its headquarters here from San Francisco. The envelope manufacturer has leased space here as part of an effort to lower its rent and get workers closer to their homes.

Golden West signed a five-year lease for 12,000 sf at at 24619 O’Neil Ave. The company is leasing the space from O’Neil Industrial Complex for approximately $7.68 per sf per year.
