Goodnite was attracted by the ability to lease production-friendly, affordable office space for the short-term during production of a new television series. According to Goodnite executives, "eemerge's facility is centrally located in Midtown South and it offers an upbeat creative atmosphere, conducive to the kind of work we do, and it's a bonus that many of the co-tenants are in the same industry."

"This commitment on the part of Goodnite re-confirms that the building has become a magnet for an eclectic mix of TV, movie and entertainment companies," adds Alexandra Bogen, marketing manager of eemerge. Bogen negotiated terms with Goodnite.
