GlobeSt.com EXCLUSIVE: Production Company Takes Flex Space at 440 Ninth

NEW YORK CITY-Goodnite Productions has established production headquarters on the 17th floor of 440 Ninth Ave. Goodnite, a Joan Cusak company, has committed to a six-month term for 1,000 sf at the 18-story SL Green building. The firm leases nearly a fifth of its total 349,639-sf space to tenants needing short-term office or production space through eemerge, its a wholly owned affiliate.

Goodnite was attracted by the ability to lease production-friendly, affordable office space for the short-term during production of a new television series. According to Goodnite executives, “eemerge’s facility is centrally located in Midtown South and it offers an upbeat creative atmosphere, conducive to the kind of work we do, and it’s a bonus that many of the co-tenants are in the same industry.”
