Redcats Inks 113,211-SF Deal

NEW YORK CITY-Retailer Redcats USA signs a 14-year deal for office space at 463 Seventh Ave. The represents both renewal and expansion space.

NEW YORK CITY-Redcats USA inked a 14-year, 113,211-sf lease at 463 Seventh Ave. The deal included the renewal of 96,813 sf of office space on the 17th through 22nd floors, part of the eighth floor, part of the 16th, part of the basement and part of the ground floor for a private elevator lobby. The expansion space consists of 16,398 sf on the 15th and 16th floors.

Terms of the lease were undisclosed, but asking rents for the space were $33 per sf. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the owner and the tenant, which has more than 20 yrs in the building.
