RENTON, WA-Oakesdale Center, a newer 159,700-sf office park here, has changed hands for $32.5 million, or $203.50 per sf, according to King County records. Located within Blackriver Corporate Park, the five-building development is about 28% vacant, according to officespace.com.

Ken Bellamy of Seattle-based TriMet Development, which developed the property in 2000 and 2001, tells GlobeSt.com that the selling entity, Blackriver-Rivertec LLC, includes TriMet, a family trust (Blackriver Tristar LLC) and a fund (Starwood TriMet Seattle Development I). The buyer, which Bellamy declined to name, is listed as Black River Park, a South Dakota LLC that lists its address as 3213 West Main St., Ste. 224 in Rapid City.
