CHICAGO-Two Prudential Plaza has retained two tenants at 45,113 sf while adding five more that claimed another 29,000 sf. The recent deals involved Andrea Saewitz, who worked as an in-house agent for San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties LLC in some leases and representing the owner of 180 N. Stetson Ave. with J.F. McKinney & Associates Ltd. in other deals.

The largest deals involve a 29,115-sf renewal and expansion by Cary, NC-based SAS Institute Inc., a 17,040-sf deal with Amsted Industries and 15,998-sf renewal with the Canadian Consulate General. Kent Ilhardt and Jeffrey Samaras of Cushman & Wakefield represented SAS Institute, Robert Salbego of Equis Corp. handled negotiations for Amsted Industries while the team of Jack Keenan, Rob Schmidt and Pam Stamataky of Staubach Co. worked for the Canadian Consulate General's office.

Vacancy at the property, which includes the 43-story One Prudential at 130 E. Randolph St. and 61-story Two Prudential Plaza, is 22%, with 386,000 sf available in the newer Two Prudential Plaza.
