Nussmeier has 20 years experience in retail brokerage. At Pacific Security, she is responsible for overseeing all of the company's retail service activities, including the acquisition and disposition of assets, leasing and tenant representation, and finance and development services. Nussmeier was not immediately available Friday morning for comment.
Pacific Security Capital offers commercial real estate loans, structured finance, investment sales, development services and advisory services. The company has six offices, including a new office in Seattle's Bank of America Tower.
The Seattle office is being led by Bernard Hansen. Hansen, a licensed Washington broker, has held executive level and senior management positions with Citicorp Real Estate Inc., Wells Fargo Realty Advisors Inc., Security Properties and Continental Illinois National Bank.
