Pacific Security Adds Retail Expertise

BEAVERTON, OR-The locally based investment bank lures retail broker Corine Nussmeier from Norris Beggs & Simpson to be the director of its retail services business.

BEAVERTON, OR-Portland retail broker Corine Nussmeier has joined locally based investment bank Pacific Security Capital as director of retail services. Nussmeier comes to the company from Portland-based NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson.

Nussmeier has 20 years experience in retail brokerage. At Pacific Security, she is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s retail service activities, including the acquisition and disposition of assets, leasing and tenant representation, and finance and development services. Nussmeier was not immediately available Friday morning for comment.
