BALTIMORE-The 84,200-sf industrial/flex facility at 9100 Yellow Brick Rd. will become home to Electric Motor Repair Co. The firm has laid claim to 41,700 sf the property.

Donohoe Real Estate Services' Tom Long and Dean Drewyer represented the repair company, while NAI KLNB repped property owner Yellow Brick Road LP V. EMR's signing of a 10-year lease paves the way for the relocation of its Commercial Service Division's Baltimore branch from 700 E. 25th St.

Developed in 1988, 9100 Yellow Brick Rd. occupies a five-acre parcel near Route 40 and Interstate 95. The industrial structure includes 6,000 sf of office space and nearly 12,800 sf of lab space. Specific terms of the lease have not been disclosed; however, NAI KLNB had been marketing the facility at $5.50 per sf, industrial gross.
