LIVONIA, MI-Robertson Heating and Cooling, a subsidiary of Robertson Development Corp., recently inked a 40,760-sf lease at 32650 Capitol Dr. The property, owned by FR Capitol Drive LLC, will be modified to suit Robertson's requirements. With the new lease, Robertson will be moving to what is known as "Industry's Highway," Livonia's industrial corridor. Located along Interstate 96, Industry's Highway is home a large concentration of existing class A and B manufacturing and distribution facilities. Tony Avendt, industrial specialist, and John Arthurs, vice president, both with Grubb & Ellis' Southfield office, represented the lessee.In a separate transaction, Keyang Electric Machinery Co. signed an 18,618-sf lease at 31831 Sherman Ave. in Madison Heights. The property, owned by Liberty Property Trust, will serve as an expansion for the company. Grubb & Ellis team members Geoff Hill, senior vice president, and Dan Labes, also a senior vice president, represented Keyang.
