FARMINGTON HILLS, MI- Synergeering SLS, LLC recently purchased a 15,773-sf building for its headquarters. Located at 25335 Interchange Ct., the industrial property will allow the company to create machines capable of building fully functional nylon and titanium alloy parts. The company selected the building for its proximity to automotive OEMs and suppliers.

Farmington Hills, a Northwest suburb of Detroit, is home to several automotive companies including DaimlerChrysler Services North America, which employs 1,200; Nissan Technical Center North America, employing 750; TRW Automotive Electronics, with 450 employees; and Alcoa Automotive Center, with 330 on staff.

John Boyd and Paul Gobeille of Signature Associates-ONCOR International represented both the seller, Rieger Family LLC and the purchaser, Synergeering SLS. Signature Associates has offices in Southfield, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Lansing, as well as Toledo, OH.
