Epilepsy Foundation Leases 32,600 SF

LANDOVER, MD-Metro East Business Campus will add a new tenant to its roster now that the Epilepsy Foundation has signed a lease for 32,600 sf at the 137,000-sf structure at 8301 Professional Pl. The organization will relocate its headquarters from its current location around the corner at 4351 Garden City Dr.

Advance Realty Group owns the property and relied on representation from its Washington, DC senior vice president and regional managing director David Fisher. Martin Griffin of Grubb & Ellis and the Staubach Co.’s Jim Cahill also participated. Additional terms of the lease have not been revealed. Scheer Partners lists on its website the leasing rate per sf at the property as $21.50 per sf.
