The floor was recently vacated by a law firm. Terms of the lease were not available, but space in the site is advertised in the upper $40s per sf. Other tenants in the 262,000-sf site include Beveridge & Diamond, Constantine Partners and Halcyon Partnership.
Hoffman, Stephen J. Riker, vice chairman, and Wendy Miller, managing director, all of Colliers ABR, represented JAB Madison Associates, the building owner. Norman Bobrow of Norman Bobrow & Co. represented AIPAC. Shira Nadich Levin Esq. from Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP served as the owner's counsel.
AIPAC was formed in the 1950s. It has more than 100,000 members throughout the 50 states.
